All shipping is calculated in real-time during checkout. This ensures fast shipping anywhere in Australia upon payment. If there is a technical problem with the shipping calculations, we reserve the right to apply additional fees for couriers outside of metropolitan suburbs and rural areas.

All international customers are advised to contact us first either via phone or via email to confirm shipping costs before ordering. We reserve the right to apply additional fees for couriers/postage to cover our costs.

Return Policy

C. Sealed Products: If you have purchased a sealed product that remains unopened and unused, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion, following an inspection of the returned item.

Please note that change-of-mind returns will not be considered once the item has left our factory. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our products for future customers.

Condition of the Product:

Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process your requested refund or exchange. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for other returns.
